The system of artificial fogging is very convenient for greenhouses, where you need to maintain a certain microclimate to obtain a larger volume of cultivated products. Thanks to fogging systems, it is possible to achieve temperatures and humidity that are optimal for plants. What is the fogger for greenhouses

The design process takes into account the required amount of moisture for the area, and the degree of cooling. Based on the received requirements, we select the necessary set of equipment for our purposes. The main components of the fogging equipment chain are the pump, high pressure piping and nozzles. Control elements are mainly used if there is a need for automatic control of this system. The nozzles are placed mainly with a pitch of 0.6 - 0.8 meters from each other. They can produce water with a drop size of 4 to 6 microns, depending on the goals. For cooling, mainly nozzles with a hole of 0.15 - 0.2 mm are used. For moistening - nozzles with a hole of 0.3 mm. For decorative fogging - nozzles with a hole of 0.5 mm. Pumps for artificial fogging systems are reciprocating, and operate in the range from 70 to 100 atmospheres.

When growing crops that are particularly demanding to maintain high humidity in the greenhouse, a fogging system is used. It consists of nozzles (nozzles) installed above the plants. Water in sprayers (nozzles) is supplied through plastic or steel pipes. The pressure, provided by the pump group, sprays water into small droplets.
